I'm on Opera for this account. I'm like Paranoid about getting hacked and getting stuff stolen... OTL So yeah... Opera doesn't make this look like DA. It's all.... Um... White. :U No Green. I can't see Icons or anything. My Internet Explorer AND Firefox both caught a virus and crashed. OTL So... Yeah.. OTL

I hate this. So much. Why do they keep trying? I don't like this. Not one bit. Someone always hacks my emails. I don't like it. I really don't. V_V I'm working on trying to keep my main account. I don't know how they do it. But they ALWAYS somehow hack my email. The password is as safe as passwords get! I'm sure they're using some sort of bug. They hacked my Hotmail. They hacked my Yahoo. What next? They tried my Gaia. They're trying my Deviantart. Why don't they just give up? I hate this so much. I don't want to start all over... V_V What do I do? Comcast is shit. Everything else. I don't know. I can't find any GOOD email. Just watch. This one will be next.

Explanation on Rules

First Rule, Credit me. This is a basic rule to base makers. Just in the artist's comment write Base by : :icon(INSERT BASE MAKER'S DA NAME HERE): and you can find it here -> [Insert Base's link]. This is very simple. If you say Base belongs to Rightful Owner, I forgot, or Lost it, then THAT IS NOT CREDIT. I will Report you. If you're that forgetful, write it down, bookmark it, TATTOO IT ON YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE TO.

Second Rule, Show me Also pretty basic. Post your Work on Deviantart, and send me the link of the Deviantion. Easy, Right?

Third Rule, . means add the Base to your Deviant Favorites. When you do this, it also sends the maker a sign that you like it or are going to use it, and it gives you a less chance of forgeting. BOOKMARK if that does not help you remember! WRITE IT DOWN IF YOU HAVE TO.

Fourth Rule, Do Not Repost. This rule means you CANNOT take the base, and post it on ANOTHER website. Including DA. You may ONLY post your edit (If Base Rules are Followed), or a BASE edit of that base (with permission), and ONLY to Deviantart. If you do not obey this rule, that is once again ART THEFT.

Fifth Rule, Take your Time. We took our time to make the base, you have to take YOUR time to edit it. If you make a 2 second edit of one of my bases, is like a slap in the face. AND you look like an ass. Please. Have respect.

Sixth Rule, Do not Frankendoll. You can post 2 different bases in one picture, like making an ID. As long as they are not connected. (Like a Frankenstein, You know.)

Seventh Rule, Do not use to make your own. Which means Do not use one of MY BASES to make your OWN base.

Eight Rule, You may not use to make REAL or VIRTUAL profit. This means you CANNOT sell MY BASE or YOUR BASE EDIT. I don't make money from them, you don't either.

Ninth Rule, Sign your work. This is one of the most important one. Preferably sign your DOLL with (InsertyourDAnamehere).Deviantart .com. If not, you must have my sig on it. :I
